The three opioid addiction technicians will be responsible for working with female clients experiencing addiction. The technicians will be supervised by the program Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend all required training as directed by grant scope of work i.e. opioid addiction, prevention and treatment.
- Assist with planning and attending bi-monthly family activities,
- Strong writing and communication skills are necessary.
- Maintain daily reporting/data.
- Complete intake and initial assessment on all calls for assistance.
- Maintain data daily and submit weekly data reports to supervisor.
- Be familiar with community programs and services; understand and utilize referral process to community programs and services for people in crisis.
- Must maintain confidentiality; violation of confidentiality will result in termination from employment.
- Computer literate and ability to enter information into database.
- Must have strong work ethic and be reliable.
- Other duties as assigned by Director and in compliance with scope of work.
- 2-year degree from accredited college/university or 3 years’ experience as a health technician. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance in own name.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and willing to work flexible hours.
- Must pass criminal background check – Tribal and State.
- Must pass drug test – upon hire.
- Must adhere to Tribal policies and procedures.
