Summary:
QSPs care for older adults and people with various disabilities in their own homes and communities, so they can remain living independently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Light Housekeeping, laundry, cooking meals, shopping, bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Providing non-medical transportation.
- Will perform other job related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Service Provider (QSP) must provide Form SFN 750- Documentation of Competency
- Certified Nursing Assistant preferred, must provide proof of current, up-to-date certification.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and valid vehicle insurance.
- Must pass background check. (upon hire)
- Must pass drug test. (upon hire)
