Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain upkeep of building.
- Provide supervision over juveniles.
- Maintain activity log.
- Complete intake and inventory of belongings at time of arrival.
- Complete discharge summary.
- Plan and prepare meals.
- Provide transportation if necessary.
- Make reports to necessary agencies/persons regarding juveniles.
- Maintain confidentiality of juveniles.
- Collaborate and coordinate services with other agencies.
- Willing to rotate shifts. Work night hours and Weekends
- Other job duties assigned.
- ALL Staff of the Little Shell Home for Youth are Mandatory reporters of Child/Abuse/Neglect.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- CPR Certified.
- Must have valid North Dakota Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance.
- Must be willing to work youth.
- Must be willing to complete training sessions.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work with community agencies and organizations effectively.
