In re: Court Operations Under the Exigent ) Circumstances Created by COVID-19: Admin Order #34

1. Effective November 14, 2022, the Tribal Court will be open to the public. Those that have scheduled hearing should contact Tribal Court to ensure there hearing will still be held.




“This meeting will give the Tribal Council and the people of the Tribe an opportunity to ask questions and make comments on the proposed environmental cleanup of the San Haven Site (Main Hospital Complex) on the Brownfields Inventory.  The complex is abandoned and listed on the Tribal Brownfields Inventory List.”

Comments on the draft application can made at the meeting on November 15 or by contacting Ray Reed any time before November 22.  If anyone has any questions or comments on this scheduled meeting or the draft application, please contact Ray Reed, Tribal Brownfields Coordinator at 477-0407 Ext. 219, or by email at reed_627@hotmail.com
