Fill out the form and be sure to include all backup information for the student’s event / activity, and return it to TMBC Finance Department at least one week prior to the date of need. If the form isn’t turned in within the time frame, doesn’t include backup, or doesn’t comply with policy requirements, the request will not be considered.

Title 1. Criminal Procedure Code
The Tribe is proposing to amend revisions to Title 1. Criminal Procedure Code, to provide for changes to complaints to add additional specificity because the federal court system ruled our provisions too vague to attach jeopardy as shown on the attached documentation.
Title 5. Children's Code
The Tribe is proposing to amend revisions to Title 5, Children’s Code, to provide for waiver into adult court for children who commit Class 4 and 5 offenses and age out prior to federal review as shown on the attached documentation.
Title 26. Offenses and Penalties
The Tribe is proposing to amend revisions to Title 26, Offenses and Penalties, to provide clarity to some provisions and add provisions as shown on the attached documentation.
Title 37. Domestic Violence Code
The Tribe is proposing to amend revisions to Title 37, Domestic Violence Code, to provide changes to the Domestic Violence Title to differentiate between crimes of violence and crimes of abuse to ensure the charges are specific because the federal court system ruled our provisions to vague to attach jeopardy as shown on the attached documentation.
Title 43. Credit Transaction Code
The Tribe is proposing to amend revisions to Title 43, Credit Transaction Code, to provide for changes to the Lending Title for better protection for the tribe and the borrowers as shown on the attached documentation.
