MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for monitoring providers twice per fiscal year for approximately 130+providers. (one announced and one unannounced)
- Responsible for assisting providers in application process to make sure each app is complete.
- Responsible for keeping records on each provider which includes all training hours required for each provider and notifying each provider when their expiration dates are approaching.
- Responsible for providing necessary training for all health and safety required
- Reep records and certifications of all CPR and first aid trainings on each
- All other duties as assigned, related to the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 2-year degree.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience of monitoring child care providers.
- Must have proof of valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Must be able to work excel and other computer skills as needed.
- In-house preference will be given to applicant.
