Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining medical confidentiality pertaining to employee files.
- Assist in maintaining confidentiality records on employees.
- Assist in administering, evaluate, and read Drug Tests.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining an ongoing alcohol and drug free awareness program.
- Assist in conducting random drug tests per year.
- Assist in conducting suspicious drug testing following procedures and the drug policy.
- Assist and work closely with Law Enforcement if needed.
- Provide drug and alcohol service as assigned by the Human Resource Department.
- Assist in certifying other employees to administer, read, and evaluate initializer.
- Must have excellent computer skills to input information and run reports pertaining to the drug program.
- Other job duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have Highs School or GED.
- Must be Drug/Alcohol Test Certified or willing to obtain certificate upon hire.
- Must have valid N.D Driver’s License and Insurance.
- Must pass background check.
