Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Enforcing laws and regulations related to trespassing.
  • Must work some weekends.
  • Cleaning public areas/bathrooms daily.
  • Disinfecting areas, doors, walls, and high traffic areas daily.
  • Sweeping floors in shop daily.
  • Performing routine inspections in areas around premises.
  • Informing the police and site manager about criminal incidents.
  • Controlling the entrance and departure of vehicles according to protocol.
  • Evicting trespassing and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before authority arrive to take over
  • All other related job duties assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of security protocols.
  • Ability to work alone and as part a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Honesty and trustworthiness are absolute necessary.

 Indian Preference Statement
