Position Overview
• Monitor and patrol department premises to prevent unauthorized access.
• Control entry and exit of employees, and visitors.
• Verify identification and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and alarms.
• Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
• Assist HR with employee access control and security-related procedures.
• Enforce company security policies and workplace regulations.
• Coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Monitor and have all access to camera footage.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Compensation
$30.00 per hour
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice.
• 5 years experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Must be able to obtain Security Officer Certification.
• Must obtain applicable licenses.
• Must be able to obtain Drug & Alcohol Certification and drug test as needed.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and access control systems.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
• Must not be under investigation.
Will be subject to sign non-disclosure and interview.
