TURN OUT TO VOTE

The Turtle Mountain Tribal Government will be issuing Free Tribal Enrollment Identification Cards for all Members of the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians.

The Tribal Motor Vehicle Department will be issuing the free IDs starting October 18th, 2018, until the Polls close on November 6th, 2018.

The ID’s issued will include all necessary information needed for a Tribal Member to allowed to vote in the upcoming Federal Elections.

Official Press Release Announcing Free Tribal IDs – 10/18/2018

The following are the sites, dates and times that community members can pick up their Tribal Identification Cards.

  1. October 18th, 2018 – November 6th, 2018 at the TM Motor Vehicle Office (located at the Tribal Headquarters) from 8 am to 4:15 pm
  2. November 5th, 2018 – Sky Dancer Hotel and Casino from 8 am to 7 pm
  3. November 6th, 2018 – the TMMVD will be at each polling site to issue the IDs.

Also, if you would like to obtain your physical address, please contact the Rolette County Emergency Management Office at (701) 477-0911, and ask for Curt Bonn. His office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
