Summary:

Technicians are responsible for the overall supervision of clients while on their shifts. Technicians shall supervise and assist and preparing evening and weekend activities, Cook/Assist with preparing meals.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work flex hours.(evening, nights, and weekends)
  • Ability to work with adult clients.
  • Maintain Confidentiality at all times.
  • Willingness to prepare meals for clients as necessary.
  • Good verbal and communications skills.
  • Supervise Activities.
  • Document daily log hourly.
  • Telephone Etiquette.
  • Respond to client and family concerns, and complaints.
  • Write report on client and family, as needed.
  • Will ensure compliance with 42 CFR part 2 (federal confidentiality regulations) and HIPAA.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director and in compliance with grant scope of work.

Qualifications:

  • Highschool Diploma/GED
  • Must have 6 month sobriety.
  • Must be CPR certified or willing to be certified.
  • Must possess a valid North Dakota Driver’s License.
