Supervisor: Program Director
Salary: $19.00 – $20.00

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take meeting and finalize draft resolutions.
- Act as meeting organizer with the recording secretary as needed.
- Process medical, funeral, and fire donations in accordance with policy.
- Log Resolutions.
- Scan documents into database and file.
- Maintain policy binder with updates.
- Maintain emergency response covid binder. (Proclamations, CARES/ARPA info)
- Public information access. (Records FB updates, publish meetings, 20-day comment issues, etc
- Maintain an updated binder with logs, procedures, minute policies, board member listings, maintain listing on board, meetings/events/ OPMs, some community/employee events).
- Pay Records Department monthly bills through workflow.
- Answer phone calls. Emails.
- Give council updated logs (resolution listings,) procedures, etc.
- Other job-related duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have High School Diploma/GED.
- Clerical experience preferred, but not required.
