Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and cooks family-style meals for residents and clients.
  • Will be responsible to cook in quantities according to schedule and number of persons to be served.
  • Will be totally responsible for serving meals, baking and other necessary requirements.
  • Will be responsible for menu planning and ordering essential supplies to fulfill proper procedures to handle a complete system
  • Will work in assistance with other cooks which will require adequate knowledge in working with others.
  • Will be responsible for cleaning and deodorizing of the kitchen, refrigerator, stove, cupboards, coolers, windows, storage room, etc.
  • Other related job duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Must be willing to work Weekends

Qualifications required:

  • Must have ND Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance
  • CPR Certified
  • Must be knowledgeable of preparing and serving adequate meals for participants.
  • Must be able to take proper guidance from immediate supervisor.
  • Knowledge for the need of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge for budget accounting and working within set budget
  • Three years of specialized experience in related areas.
